Return and Refund Policy

  • Our shopping cart provides the customer with the opportunity to change the order or any information entered at any time during the shopping process, prior to the submission of the order. This gives the customer full control of the order and minimizes errors.
  • The customer will inspect the contents of the order upon picking of the order or delivery signifying acceptance of the delivery.
  • Any discrepancies or errors in the delivery products must be indicated to the restaurant staff or delivery driver.
  • To cancel an order the customer must call the location from which they ordered (phone number is on home page) and must refer to the order number.
  • When a refund is warranted and upon decline of the order by the customer, the customer's credit card Online will be reimbursed on the next business day.
  • In the event of a disagreement over the contents or cost of the order between the customer and the delivery driver, we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction, within two business days.

Pickup Policy 

  • Food ordered for pickup will be ready within 20 minutes of submitting the order.  It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the food in a timely manner.
